We pride ourselves on fast, reliable shipping and use reliable carriers such as FedEx and UPS to ship our items. Items that are in stock ship within 24 hours from which time in which the order was placed. Tracking information is automatically be sent to the customer after their order is placed and fulfilled. 

Our merchandise is located is multiple fulfillment centers across the country. Typically, multiple items are shipped together. However, items may be shipped in separate boxes and arrive at different times.


We provide size charts for all of our products so you can accurately determine the proper size. In the unlikely even that your item does not fit as desired, we will exchange your item for a different size. Exchanges are subject to availability. We will only replace items in kind if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at with your order number, order date, item ordered, shipping address, and reason for exchange.

Returns & Refunds:
Returning a product is easy! Here's how it works:

Our return policy lasts 15 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original labels in tact. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


Products may be available for pre-order. An item available for pre-order will contain a "Pre-Order Now" button in place of the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. When you place a pre-order, you authorize to securely store your credit card information. Your credit card information is never seen by As soon as your item arrives in stock, your card will be charged and your item will ship. The time at which an item becomes available will be listed in that individual product page. cannot guarantee an exact availability date, but will provide a timeframe in which it is likely to become available.
